The standard we hold ourselves to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark used by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act and by courts applying state civil rights laws, including California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What we have done
Text and background colors across the site are tested for contrast. Our body text measures approximately 9.3:1 against its background, which exceeds both the Level AA requirement of 4.5:1 and the stricter Level AAA requirement of 7:1.
Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text so that screen reader users receive the same information a sighted visitor does.
Every field on our application and contact forms has a programmatically associated label, and required fields are marked so assistive technology announces them.
Pages use a logical heading structure and standard landmark regions so the site can be navigated by headings and by keyboard alone.
The site declares its language, so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
Known limitations
Our site is built on the Wix platform, and some interface elements are generated by Wix rather than authored by us. Where a Wix component falls short of WCAG 2.1 AA we may not be able to correct it directly, but we will report it to Wix and look for an accessible alternative.

Do not let an accessibility barrier stop you from applying for help. If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and we will take your application by whatever means works for you, including reading the form to you and completing it on your behalf.
